How often do I get charged and what am I charged for?

We bill monthly, at the end of the month based on your usage that month.
What if I delete attendees from the event? Am I charged for them?
Not really. The final balance would be offset towards the final number of delegates you had on the day of the event however if any registered guests do not show up, you would be charged for those.
If I only use check-in app will I still be charged an additional fee for each extra registration over my allowance?
Yes, you will be charged an additional cost (based on your plan type) for any extra delegates which you register over your monthly allowance.
Do you offer other payment methods than Credit Card?
We offer invoice payment for Professional annual plans only. You may contact us for a tailored quote, if you have more than 3000 delegates yearly.
