Do I need to reconnect Xero to each event I create with Onlive?

Yes, for each event you create with Onlive you would have to connect to Xero. This is to ensure you have the choice to change your payment options for each event as required.

How can I disconnect Xero?

Under Manage Ticketing & Forms > Invoicing and Accounting Integrations you will see the button to "Disconnect" which you can select as required at any time

Why I can't integrate Xero with Onlive

The user that connects the integration has to have either Standard or Adviser level user permissions. The API essentially works on behalf of the user that authorised it to connect.
