We really appreciate when you tell your friends about us, so we created a referral system to thank you! When you invite a friend and they sign up, you both earn $50 each. These rewards are released once the referees have signed up and have upgraded their first event. There are two ways to refer a friend:
Sharing Your Referral Code
Your referral code is a unique one that lets us know which of our new Onlive users were referred by you when they sign up with it. There are two ways to get your referral code:
From The Account Settings Page
Click the profile icon located at the top right corner of your Top Bar. You should be able to access this icon from all the pages within the platform. Click 'Edit Profile' to be brought to Account Settings. In the right column, you will be able to see your unique referral code.
Simply click on your code to copy it and send it off to your friends so that they can use it in their forms when they're signing up for both of you to earn the rewards!
From The Rewards Page
Pop over to your Rewards page by clicking the 'Rewards' tab in the Main Menu.
You will see a banner so huge that it's impossible to miss. Simply click on your code to copy it and send it off to your friends so that they can use it in their forms when they're signing up for both of you to earn the rewards!
Inviting Via Email
To make it even easier for you to spread the word, we have crafted an email invitation to join Onlive with your unique referral code. It tells your friends a little bit about us so you don’t have to.
Head over to the Rewards page by clicking the 'Rewards' tab in the Main Menu. Under the huge banner, select 'Invite Via Email' to be brought to the Customize Your Invite page. From here, all you need to do is to enter your friends' email addresses before hitting the 'Send' button on the top right corner of the Page Title Bar. You may also add a personalized message if you wish.
You will be notified via email when your friend signs up to Onlive. Once they have upgraded an event, a second email will be sent to you to inform you of your reward.
