Find out how to use a voucher when upgrading an event and after an event has been upgraded

If you have an Onlive voucher, don't forget to apply it to enjoy a discount! There are two ways to go about doing this:
Using A Voucher When Upgrading An Event
This method is pretty straight-forward. Simply input your voucher code into the 'Voucher Code' field during the checkout process when you are upgrading an event. Once the code has been verified, you should see the discount being reflected in pink under your Order Summary on the right side of your screen.
Using A Voucher After An Event Has Been Upgraded
If you received a voucher after you have already upgraded an event, fret not! You can still apply it if the event in question has not been billed yet.
To do so, head over to the Billing page by clicking the tab in the Main Menu. Once you are there, search for the event under Transactions. In the 'Voucher' column, click 'Add Voucher'. You will be prompted to key in your voucher code. Click 'Add' once you are done. You should see that the 'Add Voucher' button is now replaced by the voucher code that you have applied.
Congratulations, you can now enjoy all our premium features at a discounted rate!
